As our Junior Product & Application Manager - Industry , you will play a key role in helping customers succeed by testing products and applications, supporting technical inquiries, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge industrial solutions across North America. Your responsibilities

1. Product & Equipment Testing (60%)

Become the technical expert behind successful customer solutions by:

\n
• Testing customer products on Bizerba equipment and systems.
\n
• Evaluating and validating new equipment and technologies.
\n
• Developing and testing customer-specific application solutions.
\n
• Documenting and maintaining accurate test results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
\n
• Supporting second-level service teams with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical testing.
\n
• Contributing to the development and optimization of customized customer solutions.
\n
• Identifying recurring technical challenges and proactively communicating opportunities for improvement to Service and Development teams.
\n

2. Application Management (30%)

Serve as a trusted partner for customers and internal stakeholders by:

• Managing customer inquiries and providing expert support for standard product offerings.
\n
• Processing customer requests and preparing basic quotations.
\n
• Supporting customer presentations, demonstrations, and on-site consultations.
\n
• Providing valuable feedback to Engineering teams to help transform custom solutions into standardized product offerings.
\n

3. Product Management Support (10%)

Help drive future innovation by:

• Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating customer, market, and competitor insights.
\n

Your Profile

\n
• A strong technical background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and technical writing abilities.
\n
• A logical, structured thinker with a customer-focused and business-oriented mindset.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, D365, and MyCore+.
\n
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and practical solutions for customers.
\n
• A confident, professional, and persuasive demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
\n
• A willingness to travel up to 20% across North America.
\n
