Join our team as a Property Maintenance Tech/Handyman, where your skills will keep the properties we care for in top shape and ensure residents can enjoy their homes throughout the year. You’ll need to be energetic, detail-oriented and passionate about client relations. You’ll be responsible for performing thorough home inspections and a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are well-maintained in all aspects. A company vehicle and tools will be provided for your use during business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed, routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential "second home" properties.
• Perform general handyman tasks to keep properties in excellent condition such as but not limited to:
• • • Changing light bulbs, often requiring ladders
    • Turn water main valves on/off and check plumbing throughout
    • Cleaning of crawlspace areas
    • Cleaning of attic areas
    • Setting pest traps as needed and eliminating bee nests
    • Changing batteries in smoke detectors, often requiring ladders
    • Pressure washing
    • Blowing off roofs/gutters using company safety equipment and with instruction/training from highly skilled rope technician.
    • Meet service providers at homes such as pest control, HVAC techs, security company techs, plumbers, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Operate hand tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist supervisor with a variety of more involved detailed home repairs, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and vendors to coordinate repairs and provide excellent customer service.
• Safely operate a company vehicle within the local service area.

Provide weekend or after-hours coverage for emergency calls a handful of times throughout the year that are scheduled in advance.
