Tailored Smoke ATL is seeking experienced Bartenders/Mixologists who understand that the bar is part of the entertainment and hospitality experience. We want bartenders who can make a great cocktail and make the guest feel like they belong at the bar.

Our ideal candidate has strong cocktail knowledge, personality, confidence, and the ability to curate drinks based on a guest's preferences.

Responsibilities
• Prepare classic and craft cocktails consistently 
• Execute house cocktails according to recipe and presentation standards 
• Make thoughtful cocktail recommendations 
• Understand spirits, flavor profiles, beer, wine, and cigar pairings 
• Engage guests and create a welcoming bar environment 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar 
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages 
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS procedures 
• Follow responsible alcohol-service practices
• Willingness to learn about premium cigars and develop a working knowledge of cigar culture, products, and pairings
• Collaborate with servers and cigar tenders 
• Support special events, tastings, and VIP experiences 
• Help develop seasonal cocktails and beverage experiences 

What We're Looking For
• Prior bartending experience 
• Strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails 
• Craft cocktail/mixology experience strongly preferred 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Personality and presence 
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment 
• Professional appearance and demeanor 
• Genuine interest in hospitality
